to manage their client's Intranet or Extranet relationship.
InfoStreet works directly with the agent and enters into a
contract with the Agent's client. StreetSmart Reseller Agents
enjoy a hands free approach to reselling Web software. InfoStreet
manages all the StreetSmart hardware, system software, technical
support, marketing support, billing and more.
Channel Partner
StreetSmart Channel Partners are similar to Agents however
exhibit dominant reach into a specific business area or vertical
market. Channel Partners can either work on a referral basis
as with Agents but can also operate independent of InfoStreet
similar to VAR or OEM Partners depending on the industry,
company's reach, capacity, etc.
VARs
StreetSmart Groupware posses a high degree of flexibility
when integrating with third party software. Companies who
are looking to expand their product or service offering or
to blend StreetSmart Applications with existing proprietary
software are excellent VAR candidates.
StreetSmart VARs benefit from custom pricing, marketing
and sales support and best of all a ready to deploy today
solution that generates re-occurring revenues for your company.
VARs enjoy many of the same perks as StreetSmart OEM Partners
but however without the monetary investment. With the VAR
relationship InfoStreet does not enter into a contract with
the VAR clients and pricing is set by the reseller.
OEM Partners
StreetSmart OEM Partners are those who require dedicate
ASP groupware network service to compliment an existing product
mix. OEM Partners enjoy preferred high volume pricing, technical
support, sales support, and online StreetSmart demonstration
tools. End user contracts and pricing is controlled by the
OEM Partner.
